Personal Description

Mavis is my close classmate in Nantai. She is from Tainan county. Now, she lives in her aunt's house in Tainan Yuon-kon. She and I were in the same school before but we had never talked to each other.
Mavis is a friendly girl and she has a nice personality. She is easygoing and talkative. I have never seen she got angry. She likes to listen to music and go shopping. Mavis is very easy to get sick so she often goes walking in her free time. She would like to take some courses about travelling because she wants to be a tour guide in the future.
For me, Mavis is a very nice friend. We have the same hobbies and the same goal. For example, we like to go to nightmarkets and want to be tour guides. I think maybe we can choose some courses about travelling together. I am worried about her health so that I tell her to do more exercises. Because of her nice personality, so I think she can be a very good tour guide in her future.
It's unbelievable that we were in the same school before, but we didn’t know each other and we have never talked to each other until we came to Nantai. Now, I am very glad and lucky to have a good friend such as Mavis in Nantai. I think we will be good friends and good partners in our studies and our work.

How to make Dumpling ?

Dumpling is one of my favorite food. I learned how to make dumpling from my mother. There are some steps.
First, you need wrappings, meat, leeks and some seasoning. Then, mince the meat, leeks until they are mixed in a paste. Add some spice such as garlic stir them evenly. Next step is to put the filling in the wrapping. Then press the wrapping tight and a dumpling is ready. When you have made enough dumplings, the next step is to boil them. That is the last step. Put a pot of water on the stove. When the water is boiling, put the dumplig one by one into the water and cover the pot. When steam comes out, add more cold water and when it boils again add cold water again. When you see the Dumplings floating in boiling water, you can put them in bowls or plates, get the chopsticks and be ready to eat.

How a breakfast cerel is made

Many children love to eat cerel for their breakfast. But do you know how a cerel is made? Now, I am going to tell you! First, the wheat is harvested from the field. Second, the wheat grain is transported to the silos. Next, it is stored in the silos. Then, the grain is cooked to soften it. After this, it is cut and formed into thin strips. Then, they are woven into biscuits and each biscuit is baked until brown. Finally, it is packed ready to be eaten.
